Postal Transit Time
For the UK, I use Royal Mail First class recorded for most deliveries. In 99.9% of all cases, I am happy to report that Royal mail do deliver on time, and with care taken.
Although Royal mail state average delivery times as: "1-2 working days" for their First class service, and "3 to 5 working days" for their standard parcels service, it must be understood that these are not guaranteed on-time delivery services.
For delivery to the rest of the world, Airmail is used, and delivery times can vary vastly between countries. For the USA and EU countries, delivery us usually within 4 - 7 working days unless the parcel is stopped at customs (see delayed items notes below).
Delayed items (UK)
Before a parcel can be declared "lost", Royal Mail stipulate that at least 15 working days must have passed from the date of posting, at which point I will be happy to send a replacement product. Ultimately, on every occasion, the parcel will turn up. Please allow 15 working days before getting in touch as I am physically unable to do anything about it before this time has passed.
Delayed items (Rest of the world)
All international sales will be posted via air-mail. For the the US and EU this will normally arrive within about 4 - 7 working days. Other areas of the world could take longer. However, if your parcel is stopped at customs, it may take considerably longer, so please bear this in mind if there appears to be a delay.
Please allow up to six weeks for delivery.
Customs
If your parcel / purchase is stopped by your country’s customs service, there may be additional fees to be paid by you in order to receieve the goods. (these are usually represented as a percentage of the original purchase price.) in some cases a handling fee may also be charged. Any additional fees incurred in transit, beyond the original postage costs, remain the responsibility of the purchaser. I can not be held accountable for any customs fees or other charges in relation to the sending of goods from this website. No refund can be given due to the non-payment, or refusal to pay customs (or similar) charges by the purchaser.
